He has worked for Tier1 MNCs – KPMG, Alcatel Lucent, AIG, Franklin Templeton Technologies, HCL Technologies to name a few and have conducted corporate trainings for leading organizations across India and abroad. He is also a COBIT Foundation certified professional.
Head Cybersecurity & Technology
Rajesh Ambalavanan – Head Cybersecurity & Technology, has 22+ years of industry experience in Cyber security auditing, consulting and training. He is a CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager),CGEIT (Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information System Control), ISO27001 Lead Auditor. He has worked with Accenture, AIGSS, Mphasis, State Audit Bureau of Kuwait on various auditing, consulting assignments. He was also an ATM member for a successful CMMI implementation. He is currently leading the cybersecurity practice and also responsible for driving technological initiatives to support IZAAKI clients.

CQI and IRCA Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System & ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System, COBIT 2019 Foundation certified. Worked with Hindustan Isuzu , TVS Suzuki, Larsen & Toubro, HCL Technologies in Technical , Management & Leadership roles involving Planning, Program Management, Product Development, Service Delivery, Quality Assurance & Delivery/ Business Excellence. He will be managing the operations and providing advisory on business excellence initiatives for clients

Satish Manimaran has over 20 years of work experience covering successful consulting (product development / agile / CMMI) and training engagements with over 100 clients across India, Southeast Asia, and Europe / UK. He has transformed ideas to successful working products, developing product roadmaps, leading the development teams to deliver successful releases to meet investor expectations, marketing and branding of products, managing budget and resources, financial planning, and customer acquisition. He is also a Leadership coach, enterprise coach for agile and product development and has coached product development teams to successful launches to revenue realization.

Senthil Kumar has 22 years of extensive experience in driving Automation, Innovation and leveraging across diversified domains of Telecom, BFSI, IT, Assurance, cloud management and Robotics Automation. He has proven program management, solutions management, resource management, vendor management, client management and delivery management skills and built Business Units from scratch. He has vast experience in sourcing and directing the Program Managers / Senior Project Managers. He has worked in senior management team as Vice President for Program and Project management and Certifications department in National Payments Corporation of India.

Afzal Khanhas 27 years of experience mostly in the Embedded domain Industry. He has worked as Quality Head in Jasmin InfoTech Private Limited, Chennai. He has expertise in defining, establishing, training & enforcing the process model and standards such as CMMI Development (Version 2.0), ISO27001: 2013, ISO 9001:2015, ASPICE Model for different Business units. He is also proficient in applying development and technical skills to all aspects of Process Quality Assurance, including setting up the process for the Product Development. He has Coordinated the Planning and execution of the External Certification and Reassessment Audits for CMMI Development Model (Version 2.0), ISO27001: 2013, ISO 9001:2015. He is also a certified SCRUM Master and has conducted various process-related training..
